February 25 哈哈,还有这个。让我想起了星爷的幽默感。Shaq Shoe Phone Shaq’s gotten smart, embedding a cellular phone in size 22 shoe. Who knows why—when you’re a ten foot-tall Shaolin master of a world-spanning brand and kung-fu discipline, you get to do anything goofy you want. Shaq says he’s thinking about using the phone, which has an antenna that extends from the toe, during games to field encouraging calls from his wife. Not retarded at all, say our lawyers. (And no, that’s not Shaq, but a teammate [Update: Or maybe Nelly]). 在研发中的蓝牙耳机(估计将来也没得买)Nextlink plans Bluetooth cellphone/audio-player headset
Nextlink, which makes the super-small Bluespoon headset, is working on a combo headset that will work with both cellphones and portable audio players. While that might sound a lot like the Plantronics MX-100s, the Nextlink headset (due out in August, and nicknamed the Bluespoon Spider by the folks at PhoneMag) fixes what’s wrong with the Plantronics and other similar units. Yeah, it’s Bluetooth. As long as you’ve got a Bluetooth-enabled audio player (and we’ve certainly seen a lot of those lately) and a Bluetooth cellphone, you just need one Spider headset to connect to both. It can also integrate with a pair of sunglesses, Oakley Thump-style, though we’re still not sold on that. And, yes, it answers another wishlist item: It’ll automatically mute your music when a call comes February 17 16th February 2005Sagem at 3GSM World Congress 2005 A set of basic but fun handsets aimed firmly at the budget end of the market, the Sagem myC3-2, myX1-2 and myX2-2 don't offer too much in the way of features, but are likely to be a great choice for entry-level buyers. > Sagem at 3GSM World Congress 2005 Panasonic VS3, VS7 and Variants Two attractive, slimline camera phones, the Panasonic VS3 and VS7 look good at first but ultimately fail to deliver. There are also four variants of these two handsets, the SA6, SA7, MX6 and MX7. Panasonic's Line-Up for 2005 A mishmash of handsets, including a couple of low end but compact camera phones, the SC3 and A210 and a Symbian Smartphone destined for obscurity, plus a 3G phone that not even Panasonic can be bothered to share the details of. > Panasonic's Line Up for 2005 Samsung Z500 - The Smallest 3G Phone Ever Initially, leaked photographs of the SGH-Z500 were rejected as fake because nobody thought it was possible to make a 3G phone that compact. Samsung have, and the Z500 is the smallest and lightest 3G phone we've seen, while still keeping all the important features. The Swivelling Samsung Z130 A 3G handset with a megapixel camera and a special trick - it swivels! The Samsung SGH-Z130 is certainly a big of a head turner, but is it quite as special as it looks? Samsung Z300 A compact 3G phone, similar to the Z500 in many ways, but with added stereo speakers and enhanced gaming support. The Samsung SGH-Z300 is a small, but impressive phone. Samsung's Symbian Smartphone - the SGH-D720
Not the prettiest phone in the world, but the Samsung SGH-D720 is a reasonably lightweight and compact Symbian smartphone that we weren't expecting to see from Samsung. Samsung E350 A very small sliding camera phone that even manages to squeeze in an MP3 player, the Samsung SGH-E350 isn't particularly heavy on features, but at only 75 grams it's one of the lightest camera phones on the market. Motorola's Smooth PEBL
The Motorola PEBL V6 looks extraordinary, but does the inside of the phone live up to its incredibly cool exterior? Motorola A1010 A useful upgrade of the A1000 3G phone, the new A1010 will be released with a 2 megapixel digital camera, Picsel document viewer, TransFlash removable memory and A-GPS, running on the Symbian operating system.. when it finally hits the street. Motorola SLVR - The RAZR's Ugly Sister? As if to demonstrate that design elements don't always work on different products, the impressively slim but fundamentally quite unattractive Motorola SLVR V8 isn't really what we were looking forward to in terms of looks or specification.
Motorola E1120 Preview Is it a real phone or just vaporware? Our recent experiences with Motorola indicate that the Motorola E1120, a 3 megapixel 3G handset could still be over a year away. It looks pretty impressive though.. whenever we finally get to see it. Motorola E1060 Preview A progressive upgrade of the E1000 3G phone, the E1060 adds a 1.3 megapixel camera and a few bells and whistles. Scheduled for release in late 2005. Motorola E378i - iMode for Europe Motorola's first i-Mode handset, the Motorola E378i, seems to be aimed at the European marketplace and appears to be a straightforward device. Motorola are wisely testing the water to see what sort of uptake there will be of these new serivces. Looks Can Be Deceptive - the Motorola V360 A simple looking handset at first glance, but the Motorola V360 packs features into a lower midrange handset that you'd normally expect to find in a top of the range device, including Bluetooth, MP3 support and TransFlash removable memory. Nokia 6680, 6681 and 6682 A trio of closely related smartphones, one 3G and the other two for GPRS/EDGE networks. The 6680 is Nokia's first 3G phone to support video calling, and the 6681 and 6682 offer slight but significant improvements over previous Nokia smartphones. Nokia 6101
The Nokia 6101 is a fairly unexciting but good value for money clamshell phone from Nokia.. that doesn't quite look like a Nokia. No, we don't understand Nokia's model numbering sequence here either. Sony Ericsson Z800 Take the Vodafone branding off the Sony Ericsson V800 and you get the Z800, an attractive and well specified 3G phone pitched at the upper end of the market. Sony Ericsson K600 - Mainstream 3G A slightly suprising "K" series 3G phone, pitched between the K500 and K700 GSM handsets, the K600 is a pretty mainstream handset that could well appeal to 2.5G customers too. Sendo X2 - Compact Smartphone Sendo's X2 smartphone is a more compact but more powerful version of the original "X" with a better camera, improved multimedia support and other improvements in a device weighing just 95 grams. > Sendo X2 Mini Orange Smartphone Most of the big manufacturers are keeping their new handsets under wraps until next week, so we present the Orange SPV M500 which is the rather good HTC Magician in a slightly different case, probably available towards mid-2005. Are You Macho Enough for the M75? Siemens have given us a sneak preview of the admirably chunky M75 handset, a ruggedised phone and presumably the successor to the M65. Technical details are scarce at present, but we rather like it. LG U8380 Preview Revision of the popular LG U8000 series of 3G handsets, featuring a 1.3 megapixel digital camera and external colour display, the LG U8380 is a competent but fairly dull device. T-Mobile MDA IV Preview Due out in the summer, the T-Mobile MDA IV is an astonishing handset, with a VGA resolution screen, 3G and WiFi support and a decent QWERTY keyboard, all running the Windows Mobile operating system. Details are sketchy at the moment, but this is probably the most sophisticated handset to date. Samsung X640 and X480 Preview
The SGH-X480 (left) and SGH-X640 (right) are two smooth looking, lightweight clamshells from Samsung. Details are scarce, but these are basically revisions of the popular Samsung X-series of handsets. Samsung E720 Rumours It looks a little like the E700 series phones before it, but we understand that the Samsung SGH-E720 comes with a better screen, camera, Bluetooth and strong multimedia capabilities. An impressive handset that packs in a lot of features. Two PTT handsets from Motorola
Two familiar looking handsets, the Motorola C698p is basically an E398 with added push-to-talk capabilities. The C381p is a low cost handset designed to bring PTT to entry level users. > Motorola C698p Nokia 3230: Stereo or Not?
The initial announcement of the Nokia 3230 handset was greeted with some enthusiasm by industry watchers, but many sharp-eyed observers have begun to question the full capabilities of the 3230's multimedia functions. The results of their findings might surprise you. |
